IP68 WATER RESISTANCE – 24V H7 LED FOR TRUCKS

LED bulb installation instructions:

1. Remove the headlamp cover and disconnect the power plug from the old bulb.

2. Release the retainer (spring clip or holder) and remove the halogen bulb.

3. Remove the mounting collar from the new LED bulb.

4. Fit the collar in the headlamp socket (like a standard H7 bulb).

5. Place the LED bulb in the fitted collar.

6. Turn clockwise to lock the bulb.

7. Set the bulb in the right position:

– the power cable should point vertically downwards

– this ensures optimal positioning of the LED chips in the reflector

8. If necessary, gently adjust the bulb position

to get the best cut-off line in the headlamp

(applies to projector and reflector headlamps).

9. Connect the power plug.

10. If the bulb does not light up – reverse the plug (polarity).
